I finally got my **s out of the couch and went to kendo practice again after about a year of neglect.
I took a break because I got some weird ache in my wrists and I had some family schema troubles. The schema is even worse now since I’m working full time and studying half time, but my wrists felt much better now. The bad part is that my kote that was starting to crack a year ago is in a really bad shape now after such long storage in my very dry apartment. It was very nice to come back; there was no condemning, just warm welcome. I really hope I can manage some regular practice this time. There is not much that is as fun as hitting someone I the head with a stick while screaming at them.
